- butter your baking dish(es) the butter will also help to add a little sauce once the dish is done baking to drizzle over the chicken
- butterfly your chicken breasts so you have 8 slices
- lightly baste the chicken in buffalo sauce
- dice the bacon and cook in skillet until welldone then remove from skillet into another bowl and set to side
- pour bacon grease out but leave a little to brown the chicken before placing them into baking dish
- Brown the chicken in bacon grease on both sides. do not cook all the way through. I'd say 1 to 2 mins on each side.
- preheat oven to 375
- place chicken in baking dish(es)
- drizzle rest of 1 cup of buffalo sauce over top and smear with basting brush.
- sprinkle bacon over top of chicken
- sprinkle cheddar cheese over top of bacon.
- sprinkle bleau cheese to top it off
- bake on 375 for 25 to 35 mins
- you can use as much or as little of any of these ingredients. I never really measure anything. I just add what I think is good and this turned on great! :)
