  1. Take all ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Add onion.Fry until soft.
  3. Add g g paste fry for 1 minute with ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add tomatoes,mix and then add all spices.
  5. Add half cup water cover for 4 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender.
  6. When tenders,add chicken mince(qeema).cook for 2 minute with masala.
  7. After 2 minutes when oil saparated,add couliflower.
  8. Mix well and cook on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.Now add 5 tabsp water cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. After 5 minutes apen lid.Cauliflower is tender.
  10. Now make tarka.heat a pan.
  11. Add oil.Add carom seed,crushed red chilli,green chillies and ginger.
  12. Cook for 1 minute.
  13. Add in cooked cauliflower.
  14. Garnish with fresh coriander.
